About Us

Springs Rescue Mission helps the most vulnerable segment in
our community - the working poor, homeless, addicted.

It is our daily mission to transform broken lives, serve
the hungry, working poor, the homeless, struggling families, the addicted - by ministering to the whole person.

Our purpose is to change the quality of our community,
one person at a time.

  History

In 1996, our founders began providing sandwiches to the homeless in parks and under bridges in Colorado Springs. At the same time they began taking young homeless couples into their home to give them a head start and life change. Soon after they opened a food pantry in one room of a small building. More and more God blessed the heart to help the least and lost of our city.

This small beginning met with rapid growth and a major increase in services to the poor and homeless in Colorado Springs. As the years progressed God supplied bigger and better ways to help more and more people.

We are now entering our 13th year of restoring lives in our community.
