Springs Rescue Mission is a non-profit, faith-based charity
We serving the homeless and needy of Colorado Springs. We are interdenominational and work with a wide range of churches, organizations, donors, and volunteers.
No one is denied services because of race, color, creed, sex, or national origin.

Springs Rescue Mission is a member of the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions (AGRM). The first rescue mission started in 1876. Today, AGRM consists of over 300 member ministries around the globe.

About our CEO

Rev. Joe Vazquez is the CEO of Springs Rescue Mission. He also serves as the Mountain District President of the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions (AGRM). His volunteer service in the community has included serving on the board of another non-profit and local service club. Rev. Vazquez graduated Charis Bible College in 1998 and immediately started on a path of urban ministry.
Joe is recognized for his contributions in the non-profit community as one of its emerging executive leaders.
